I figured this would be the perfect time to make a journal entry, since it's a snow day. Even though my arms, my entire back, the bottoms of my feet, and the small toe on my right foot are absolutely killing me, I'm in a good mood because it's a four day weekend: today's a snowday, tomorrow's Saturday, then Sunday, then Monday's a day off. What a great way to end a week of absolute misery.
I'm planning on spending all of today either in front of the computer, Nintendo, or T.V. I finally beat Raid on Sullust, in Rogue Squadron. It took me almost a full week, since I'm such a bad Y-Wing pilot. I'm usually at my best with an A-Wing, then an X-Wing. I like the A-Wing because it's the fastest of all the ships in the game, but the X-WIng has better firepower and much stronger shields. I just got a gold medal at Mos Eisley, too. But I can't seem to beat Moff Seerdon's Revenge. With all the turbolaser turrets, missile batteries, and tie interceptors (which are nearly impossible to hit), it makes for a very challenging level. Anyways, this game is one of the best I've played yet, right up there with Waverace and Goldeneye. I've got to cut this entry short, because my brother wants to get off the computer and I'm in too good a mood to argue with him.
